Micah J. Weber, Attorney Pending Admission
Micah J. Weber is a May 2026 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and the newest member of Goodwin Weber PLLC. Micah is currently pending admission to the Maryland bar in 2026 and will be pending admission to the Virginia bar in early 2027. He is interested in assisting clients both in Maryland and Virginia (under supervision) with various matters including wills, trusts and estates, property, civil disputes, and jailable traffic offenses. He takes a special interest in use of force in self-defense and will work with attorneys Dr. David P. Weber and Richard J. Link on these cases.
Furthermore, Micah has experience via internships on the unique traffic matters that can happen on federal lands, such as the Baltimore-Washington Parkway and George Washington Memorial Parkway, both policed by the National Park Service and the U.S. Park Police. Micah also has experience from internships with the many and varied federal criminal offenses that can be charged on military bases within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including at Fort Meade, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Joint Base Andrews, and Fort Detrick. Micah is also interested in military and veterans law and was a member of the University of Baltimore School of Law’s Veterans Clinic.
Micah will be splitting his time between the firm’s Gaithersburg, West Ocean City, and Chincoteague Island offices, and will be able to meet clients remotely or in person as necessary at any of these locations.
Until Micah is admitted to practice law in both jurisdictions, his work will always be supervised by one of the licensed attorneys at Goodwin Weber PLLC.
