Sandra R. Burton Stalzer joined Goodwin Weber PLLC as of counsel in July 2019. Previously, she was an associate at Meyers, Rodbell & Rosenbaum PA, where she directly supported MRR partner Edward S. Marin’s estate, trust, and probate practice since 2001, first as Ed’s paralegal and then as an associate attorney of MRR. After Ed’s untimely death in June 2019, Sandra has joined Goodwin Weber PLLC as an of counsel attorney, as Goodwin Weber PLLC has assumed Ed’s distinguished practice.

Sandra is a member of the Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia Bars, handling estate planning, probate, trust, guardianship and civil litigation matters in all three jurisdictions. 

Sandra obtained her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland University College, graduating summa cum laude. She obtained her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating cum laude.

Sandra’s outside interests include spending time with her husband, children, grandchild and dogs, as well as cycling and hiking.
